Covid19 and infectious disease
Bodi'Oasis Continues to make the safety of our guests and team a priority. Due to the close proximity of personal space with our team members, Bodi'Oasis may still require and/or request face masks, unless you are in a private service room, having a service that will interfere with the mask. On the salon floor masks are currently optional. (Subject to change per CDC recommendations) Please be considerate and cancel or reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing any cold or flu like symptoms, if you have been exposed to someone with COVID, flu, or contagious illness, or if you have traveled to a high risk COVID area. Thank you for your understanding and patience as we continue to make every effort to avoid the spread of Covid, the flu, and other contagious illnesses.
No Show/Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours notice for all cancellations to avoid charging a cancellation fee of up to 30% of service booked. We reserve the right to charge a $50.00 NO SHOW fee for appointments that are not cancelled, and client does not show without proper notification/communication. To be considered valid, cancellations must be made through the location at which the appointment was made via the online booking app, email or phone, voice mail message at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. For appointments cancelled within 24 hours or for which the Guest fails to show, the 30% to 50% cancellation fee per service booked will apply. For group bookings, each guest that fails to cancel or show will be charged 50% per service booked for each party in the group. Should you refuse to confirm your appointment with a credit card, Bodi'Oasis may decline or cancel your appointment. Any no show or last minute cancelation may result in Bodi'Oasis requiring a non-refundable deposit of up to 50% of the service for all future appointments. Please note that Room Rental services and Spa Retreats are subject to different cancellation policies and fees. Deposits paid on Venue Rentals and Spa Retreat bookings are non-refundable. Please refer to the Rental and Spa Retreat agreement as prepared when securing the Event Venue and/or Spa Retreat services for full pricing, terms and conditions.
Late Policy
If you are 15+ minutes late for your appointment, we might have to cancel, reschedule, or adjust your service(s) to fit the remaining time. If we adjust or reschedule your service, the full cost of the service still applies. If we do not hear from you 15 minutes into your appointment, or if we cannot adjust or reschedule your service, it will be considered cancelled and/or NO SHOW and the applicable fee(s) will apply..
Children Policy
We are a family friendly environment that welcomes you and your children to receive our services. We care very much about your Self-Care services and want to be able to facilitate your needs in our tranquil facility as much as possible. The team members are here to facilitate your services and will not be responsible for supervising your children. If you arrive with children not being service and our tranquil facility is busy, we may ask that you reschedule your service to ensure a positive experience and the safety of everyone. While we are aware that toys are the best distraction for children, we cannot allow toys on the facility floor as this poses a hazardous trip, slips, and fall risk. Please be mindful of other clients and ensure your child use their “inside voices”. Children are not allowed to touch or climb on any service chair or service area or open any closed drawers or doors. We want your child to remain safe and climbing, opening doors, and touching may pose a hazard.
Detangle & Braid Removal Policy
If you arrive to your appointment with hair in a condition that requires more than 10 minutes of detangling and/or requires braid removal, we may have to cancel, reschedule, or, if timing permits, book you into our Detangling Service at an additional cost. The cost of the Detangling Service is $25.00 per hour and is subject to being billed in 30-minute increments for anytime beyond the initial hour of detangling that is initially allowed. To ensure we can service all Guests efficiently at their desired appointment times we ask that Guests arrive to their appointment with hair that is ready to be serviced or take advantage of booking our Detangling Service online (ahead of your scheduled appointment). Braid or Weave removal is subject to a $50.00 fee in addition to your booked service. We DO NOT require you to shampoo your hair prior to your appointment. For safety and in accordance with state board guidelines, your stylist will shampoo your hair prior to any service.
Hair Care Policy
All of our Stylists have completed comprehensive training and have learned how to handle various hair treatments with care. Bodi’Oasis. is not responsible for damaged or loose extensions, or previous hair damage. Our goal is to restore your hair to health. If our Stylists recommend that you do not color or chemically treat your hair, we take no responsibility for any color or chemical treatments demanded by our guests. A signed waiver may be required.
Return/Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your product purchase! We accept returns within 7 days for any damaged/malfunctioning tools or products. No returns will be accepted without proof of purchase. As our locations are all individually owned and operated, all items must be returned to the location of purchase. Please note that all services, vouchers (prepaid series), gift cards/gift certificates and memberships are non-refundable.
Promotions and Coupons
Promotions and coupons may be applied during checkout at your local Bodi’Oasis location. They will not appear online, in the App or in confirmation emails. In addition, pricing and promotions vary by location and can be subject to change. Please mention your coupon or promotion upon arrival and/or at check out. Promotions and/or coupons may not be combined with memberships, vouchers, or other discounts.
Credit Cards
We use 3rd party systems for all card processing and reservations. Bodi’Oasis has no access to your credit card information and a Bodi’Oasis team member will never ask you for your credit card number over the phone. A credit card will be used to reserve an appointment via our 3rd party online booking system but will not be charged at the time of booking any appointment. The only time a credit card will be charged is at the time of check out payment (as determined by the Guest) or due to a late cancellation or NO SHOW as our policy indicates. By providing your credit card to book an appointment you accept the terms of our cancellation policy and agree to have your credit card charged the cancellation fee in the event of a late cancellation or NO SHOW. Should you refuse to confirm your appointment with a credit card, Bodi'Oasis may decline or cancel your appointment. Any no show or last minute cancelation may result in Bodi'Oasis requiring a non-refundable deposit of up to 50% of the service for all future appointments.
Social Media
From time to time a team member may ask permission to take photos of their work and of you. You hereby give consent to Bodi'Oasis to photograph, videotape, or otherwise digitally record and use images and/or sound recordings of myself or my child or children (if applicable) to use in any public media, including radio, television, internet, social media, print or other digital means for the purpose of advertising and showcasing the products and services of Bodi'Oasis to the general public. Bodi'Oasis has no governance over third party outlets and repositories. You hear by release and hold harmless Bodi'Oasis from any claims or warrants on social media and or advertising outlets.
